Founder & President
amine hacha
Amine is the President of the Lebanese Cyberspace Association, leading the organization’s vision and strategic direction in advancing digital safety, cybersecurity awareness, and responsible technology use.
He actively engages in national, regional, and international internet governance and cybersecurity discussions, contributing to initiatives related to digital rights, DNS abuse, artificial intelligence, and inclusive digital development. Through his leadership, Lebanese Cyberspace works to strengthen multi-stakeholder collaboration and promote a safer, more trustworthy digital environment.
Founder & Secretary
Rim Barada
Rim serves as the Secretary of the Lebanese Cyberspace Association, supporting the organization’s governance, coordination, and administrative functions.
She is a lawyer with a background in legal and regulatory matters related to the digital environment. Her expertise contributes to the Association’s work on digital rights, legal frameworks, and responsible technology use. Through her role, she supports transparency, compliance, and effective organizational management.
Founder & Media + Communications
Dr. Lina hacha
Dr. Lina is responsible for Media and Communications at the Lebanese Cyberspace Association. She supports the organization’s outreach, public communication, and media engagement activities.
She is a journalist and media trainer with experience in strategic communication and media awareness. Through her role, she contributes to promoting accurate information, public awareness, and responsible communication on digital, cybersecurity, and technology-related issues.
Treasurer
Rana Sabbidine
Rana serves as the Treasurer of the Lebanese Cyberspace Association, overseeing financial coordination and supporting the organization’s financial transparency and sustainability.
She has a background in education, contributing an understanding of learning environments and capacity-building initiatives. Through her role, she supports responsible financial management and the effective delivery of the Association’s educational and awareness activities.
Activities Coordinator
Dr. Madonna Nassar
Dr. Madonna is a Board Member of the Lebanese Cyberspace Association and supports the planning and coordination of the Association’s activities and initiatives.
Through her role, she contributes to the development and implementation of programs, events, and community activities, helping ensure effective engagement and successful delivery of the Association’s work.
In addition to the leadership and board, Lebanese Cyberspace is supported by a growing network of active members and volunteers who contribute their time, expertise, and commitment to advancing the Association’s mission and activities.
